Beef Jerky Outlet — Local services in Hot Springs

Very disappointed. My family and I always come into this store when visiting Hot Springs. We are always treated with respect and kindness, but today we were completely baffled at how rude the cashier was. As soon as we stepped through the door, we were asked “What beef jerky do y’all want?”. I then told her “Oh, we’re going to look around first, we don’t know what we want yet”, with a smile. She then told my entire family and I that “y’all can’t just come in and graze on the samples and not buy anything.... y’all have to get something”. We answered that we had and that we come here often to buy jerky. She continued to talk to us so we just grabbed something small so we could leave. We had no time to look around and see what our options were or if we wanted to get something different this time because we felt very pressured. I did not catch her name. Little shop on Central Ave right next to the Arlington Hotel. What a great place!! We bought three big bags of beef jerky You can try small samples while you are there deciding on what you want to buy. Which is amazing. We bought four different packages including even the Dill beef jerky which wasn’t too bad after I tried the sample.!! The lady running the shop that day was very pleasant and helpful answering my questions on everything that day. Just a really cool overall experience and I’m not really a fan of beef jerky but I thought what the heck I will try some. This store is so small I almost walked past it without noticing it. But im.glad I did. Stuffed to the brim with good beefy treats. I sampled many that day and settled on Boiled crawfish (slap ya mama) Original flavor Smokey brisket And wow are they good and not hard as boot leather.. most jerky tend to be on the salty side, they have tamed theirs down a notch or two which is awsome.. give this place a try and dont overlook it like I...
