The Veggie Omelette was a masterpiece of flavors and textures, a delightful medley of fresh vegetables cooked to perfection.
The omelette was generously filled with an assortment of colorful vegetables, including bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes. Each ingredient was expertly sautéed to retain its crispness and natural flavors, creating a harmonious blend of tastes. The vegetables were tender and still had a delightful crunch, adding a satisfying texture to every bite.

It was evident that The Pancake Shop takes great care in their preparation, ensuring a high-quality and delicious dish.
Accompanying the Veggie Omelette was a side of golden-brown hash browns and freshly baked bread. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, providing a satisfying contrast to the omelette. The bread was warm and fragrant, a perfect complement to the meal.

Read moreExcellent experience!!! Went to Hot springs for a breakfast and spa for my daughters birthday. We chose to eat at The Pancake Shop for breakfast and it was hands down the best choice we made! We made it there pretty early at 7:45 a.m. to avoid a long wait since we heard how popular this restaurant is and the wait can be long at times. We was greeted as soon as we got out of our car with smiles. We was directed to our seats and immediately asked what we would like to drink. I ordered a coffee and my kids ordered orange juice. When we finally decided what we wanted to order, I ordered a plain pancake (I heard they're pancakes were huge so one would be enough), two sausages, and one scrambled egg. My son ordered two chocolate chip pancakes, sausage, eggs. My daughter ordered two plain pancakes, bacon, eggs, and toast. The food came out fast and the reviews was correct when they said the portion sizes are huge! My pancake was the size of the plate and fluffy also. The sausage patties were basically hamburger patties LOL! The food was hands down amazing!! As soon as you bite into your pancake it melts in your mouth and is so flavorful. The sausages were so good my daughter was a little upset she didn't get the sausage. She said her bacon was really good but was so impressed of how flavorful the sausage was. The waiter and the hostess was so friendly made you feel like you were a guest at their house. They were always checking in on you and was so engaged in what you had to say. My son dropped his knife and one second later the waiter came over with another one with a smile saying he could hear a drop knife a mile away ☺️. This was a one of a kind experience and I truly cannot wait to come back! Five stars all the way! FYI, my kids (which are young adults) could not finish their two pancakes they ordered. I told them that one would be enough, but they just...
Read moreOverall experience was horrible. We were told that this place was a must visit, but it definitely was not worth it. We had to wait outside in the heat to be seated, however it was super confusing since there was nobody outside to let people know that. No clear signs either. Once we were inside, our seating area was crowded. The waitress that we had was also super rude. When we were ready to order, we let her know and she aggressively told us that she had other tables. That’s understandable, however, we didn’t need attitude from her. We were not trying to rush anyone, but just wanted to let her know we were ready. She kept making very mean comments about the amount of food we were ordering. She kept saying that it was “a lot of food” for just the two of us and I didn’t appreciate it at all. I suffer from an eating disorder and her comments were very triggering. Even when I was done eating, she came over to say, “You did better than I thought.” Again, very triggering. Finally, she rarely checked up on us, besides coming over to make those rude comments. She didn’t clean our plates from our table, or fill up our waters. I know how busy restaurants can get, as I used to be a waitress myself, but my fiancé and I both felt like we were neglected and judged the entire time. We will not be coming here again and don’t recommend. The food was not bad at all, but it was nothing out of the ordinary. Just basic pancakes, only...
