cute store, but I was extremely disappointed with how their staff handled my order. I wanted to purchase the coffee cake, I asked for the blueberry and the employee, Christina, I believe her name was offered to get it packed up so it will stay frozen for our drive back to Chicago. She asked for me to leave my name and phone number, came back the next morning by 11am as I had promised, to find they packed the WALNUT one and without any freezer packs in the box. They were sold out of the blueberry ones. Call me next time if you "sell out" of the flavor I requested vs having me drive an extra 30 min into downtown on top of my 10.5 hour drive home to pick up the wrong coffee cake that wasn't even packaged as promised. Love this place! My sister and I went twice this weekend. It was on my list of places to try, and I was not disappointed. They have such a good selection of really so many things. Gourmet salts, butters, jams, vinegars, the list goes on. They had some great samples out and I ended up buying 4 jars of things that would be hard for me to locate anywhere else. I see some people whining that it's expensive. It's a gourmet shop. If you want Smuckers or Land O Lakes, head to any big box store so you can't complain about the price. But if you're looking for unique tastes and flavor combinations, make this place a stop on your Spa City to do list. P.S. the staff provides real customer service. I would go back just...

I walked in to the store fully expecting to make small talk about the minor misspelling on the chalkboard sign and the person at the register was offended. Too bad because I would've bought the $10 Lingonberry Jam because it was in a cute store but decided not to when I asked if they meant Lingonberry instead of Lingoberry like it read on the sign. Was responded to rudely instead if a quick oops. Prefer to give smaller shops business but guess I'll pay half the price next time...
