Why do I love Mountain Valley water? For starters I have a skin condition. I have tried other big name water brands, every one of them bothered my skin (yes just by drinking them). Then I went to drinking Mountain Valley Spring Water and my skin started changing, it no longer hurt and didn't swell anymore. I am a BIG FAN of Mountain Valley Spring Water. How big a fan am I? well lets see, I get the water delivered to my house in 5 gallon glass bottles, I have had to clear a closet out just for water. We travel to Texas a lot so on our way down we go through hot springs just to get water because you CAN NOT get it where we go. On our way back we stop and get water (like a truck or car load of water each way, I'm not kidding). So please believe me if you are having problems drinking other water PLEASE PLEASE try Mountain Valley...

Very frustrated. Was conned into buying big glass jugs that were all reused. Was told that could get them refilled whenever I want to in Atlanta area. That is indeed a lie. You have to sign up for reoccurring weekly delivery thru 3rd party that's super expensive. On top of that one of the jugs had a hairline crack in it we noticed when got home and after filling up twice at local spring it finally gave way and busted on that crack when picking up. It would be different if could have simply used as asked and intended but instead have 1 jug less and 2 that I can only go to a spring and use when I have time bc there's no way I'm signing up for a subscription for 1 person. I'm better off going to buy single use bottles from grocery store. Tried calling and leaving vm and to no avail no one ever got back to me...

I didn’t want to leave any stars but I needed this dialogue box to pop up. My family and I walked in and were barely greeted. We wanted to see the museum and was dryly informed that it was closed although it didn’t say it on their website before driving down here. Once inside, the two staff, a white male and a while female barely spoke and acted as if we didn’t belong in this space. I instantly felt a certain way and decided in that moment that I would not be spending any money here and that I would take a moment to sit on the bench outside their store and pen this review. There was no way that you could’ve found two people who did not appear to enjoy their job or have customer service qualities in the same place at the same time, so I’d wager that there were other reasons for their...
