I just had the most unpleasant appalling experience in the store this evening. With other shoppers still in the store purchasing, Becky approached me and said with a direct snarky tone that they will be open tomorrow so basically it’s time for you to leave I had items in my hand to purchase and could not believe this is happening. Sad that this happens often...

I entered the store (it was raining) nearly in tears and panicking because I couldn't finally an outfit to wear to something very important. I had 2 hours to be there and hadn't even started to get ready .the two ladies that where there took very good care of me and I walked out in an outfit that I felt confident and presentable in ....

The customer service I received was exceptional! Kind and professional ladies work at this location. I never felt any pressure from them and they genuinely wanted to help. Great experience! I will gladly make the drive again...
