Do not go here is you need any of your jewelry repaired. The jeweler is rude and quite honestly doesn’t want to work on your pieces. I took my wedding rings in. ( I got new ones 2 years ago) They reworked my diamonds in the set then (2 years ago) I was in the process of losing weight and straight from LARA’s mouth!! Do not get it sized down until you are done losing weight! So today I go in to have it done. Low and behold NOW you don’t want to work on it! Hmmmm tried to give me some excuse, so yes I interrupted him, said do you want to do it or not? If not I will gladly go elsewhere. He put it back on the desk and walked off nothing else! Ok. I was looking for someone qualified to replace batteries in two water resistant watches. Lara was honest about what they felt qualified to do in the store. She was able to replace my battery in store, but for my husband's diving watch she recommended they send it to the guy they work with in Mena who has the equipment to pressure test it after replacing the battery to ensure the ATM rating is not compromised. While I was in the store, she also cleaned my wedding ring set and checked to make sure there were no loose settings, something I hadn't had done since moving to Arkansas 5 years ago. I'm glad to finally have a local jeweler I feel comfortable going to and I will be back!...

I had an idea & a design in my head & Lara's brought it to reality. I took my mother's original wedding set, her last wedding set, along with my grandmother's wedding set to Lara's & told her that after many years of holding onto the rings I was ready to have a new ring created. Lara & Jennifer listened, took notes & said "we can make this happen". I now have the most beautiful ring that was created from & given to me by my mom & grandmother! A one of a kind treasure that I will cherish for many years. Thank you for designing such a sentimental gift that means the world to me.
