WARNING: Poor membership cancellation policy. After moving out of the state I forgot to cancel my membership. I was told that I have to send a note via certified mail and pay for another 30 days of membership. Yes (I repeat) a postal type meant for serving people legal papers. Worst of all I'm not some trial freeloader - I've been a member of the gym for nearly a year.
Aside from this I’d give the gym 2-3 stars. $100/month for membership and a locker is a little steep when the classes are subpar. The gym is quite small if you are interested in using weights around peak hours. There always seemed to be plenty of cardio equipment but the machines are a little dated (maybe 4 years old). The clientele are older and really have no idea how to workout so that can be good or bad. If you want a social workout experience you’re better off trying out the RYDE facility next door. The first thing that sold me on 711 Fit was that Todd responded to my inquiry quickly. There's another gym I still haven't heard from 7 months later as I write this review.
He addressed my simple requests for what I was looking for in a gym (some amenities I don't need since I live a couple of blocks away), and provided pricing upfront, as well as provided their cancellation policy.
When I went in to sign up, I was greeted by a friendly and professional young man. He made sure everything Todd and I had spoken about via email was correct on my account. Even at the end of the day, the gym was very clean and organized, and it wasn't overly crowded, which I feared would be the case right after work.

During COVID, the club did not charge dues for six months- an amazingly generous act given that its business and employees were suffering. Marla f comments are not only untrue, they are slanderous. She tried to manipulate and bully the club into returning a years worth of dues, not because her husband resigned (he had not) but because he had not used the club.
