The regular cashier that works daily at this location had a very nasty attitude towards me today. I came at 2:30pm a half hour before closing and she was counting her money in order to close as this location closes at 3pm. She glared at me making me feel unwelcomed and bothering her. She was obviously upset and kept her head down making faces as if I couldn't see her. I asked if they had dumplings and curtly responded back to me as if I was stupid " Only vegetarian". I placed my order and waited off to the side for it to be prepared. After 5 minutes a bag with food was on the counter and I asked her if it was my order. She mumbled something and shook her head side to side as if I was bothering her. I had a friend there with me who was going to place an order for Pho but changed her mind once she saw the cashier being rude towards me. Another guest came to order and he walked away as she was also rude to him. One minute after I asked about my order she looked at me with a condescending look at said again curtly ... "Number 90????". I picked up my order and she once again looked at me as if I was a problem and bothering her. At that point I asked to speak to a manager which she at first refused to acknowledge my request. I asked a second time and she leaned into their service window and asked for a manager. The alleged manager did not come out speak to me as I explained how the cashier was rude and that I didn't appreciate her behaving that way towards me. The manager didn't respond and the cashier kept on interrupting me and laughing loudly at me as to treat me like an idiot. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from them in the future. I did let them know that I would report this and let other customers know of my experience. It is a shame that this type of attitude and behavior in customer service exists particularly in a smaller business as this one is. I've read other reviews in this site that mentions the rude customer service they experienced by their staff. They...
Read moreI usually try to not leave negative reviews for restaurants , as I am an owner of several, but I have to leave this review.... The regular cashier (bigger girl) HAS TO BE THE WORST when it comes to customer service on EVERY level. She never has any sense of urgency and customers always seem like a bother to her. She never smiles. Never engages any customer. She just stands there with airpods in her ears, head down and has probably the worst attitude that I have ever come across in all of my years in this industry. The rumor is that she is related to the owner in some way, and that is the reason why she is around. This should NOT be accepted. I approached her and asked what time they open and she said "whatever time we get here". Seriously? I thought I was being pranked. I promise I am not being extra or mean at all, but TO THE OWNER, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PUT THIS LADY IN THE BACK OF THE RESTAURANT, YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE SUFFERING AND YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS BECAUSE OF HER.
I ordered the chicken curry. This was more like chicken curry flavored water because that's how soupy it was. No flavor, bland as heck, and for sure microwaved. This is not authentic, nutrition or healthy in any way. TO THE OWNER, PLEASE TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT YOUR FOOD (QUALITY AND TASTE). IF YOU SERVED THIS TO YOUR MOM OR FAMILY, WOULD THEY BE PROUD OF WHAT THEY ARE EATING? DOES IT TASTE LIKE HOME? VERY IMPORTANT!
There is NO POINT in asking for a refund since the cashier simply says to...
Read moreI’ve been coming here for about a year now. The food has been good but the girl that works at the register needs to improve her customer service skills… today my co workers and I went to get some food and she was obviously having a less than pleasant day for whatever reason. She rolled her eyes at the guest in front of us. I’ve always ordered the pork dumplings and on a few occasions that I’ve gone, the same girl has told me that they are out. Understandable since I think it’s one of the best items on their menu so every time I go now, I ask if they have the dumplings. I get to the front of the line today and ask her if she has the pork dumplings today which she replied “we always have dumplings” in the snippiest tone under her breath. When I asked her to repeat herself to make sure I heard exactly what she had just said, she replied “yes we have dumplings” in a nicer tone because she I knew I had heard her original response. This has not been the first interaction with this woman where I’ve left feeling slightly frustrated. She’s always on her phone, she’s given my order away to other guests at least 3 times, she has also answered her cell phone while I’m ordering as well. I’m a pretty understanding person after working in the service industry for 12 years and I keep coming back because I do enjoy the food. I understand people have rough days, but today’s experience was one that I unfortunately...
