This review isn’t about lashes but it’s about customer service so I made an appointment to get a full set with a little color as soon as I get there I get told I can’t get color and that’s fine but wasn’t explained why, just told I couldn’t even tho that’s what I made my appointment for. So then as we’re about to start I let her know that I a have little bond left in my lashes and hope it’s not going to be a big deal, (since I have been to places that take any gunk off my eyes) instead of explaining it to me her response was”no ma’am get up”and not in a nice way rude way I know she could’ve came off ruder but i’m all about it customer service i work with customers and that was not a way to speak with one. She sent me to the restroom to clean my eyes but I didn’t do it as I was already upset with the way that she was talking to me, even when i got there i wasn’t to sure on what lashes i wanted and was hoping they had pictures i could possibly see and she seemed bothered by that, I know I should’ve came prepared but it’s really not that big of a deal. This establishment is so incredibly unprofessional. I had an appointment set for today at 4:00 PM for a color lash refill with Jacquelyn. I got a text at 11:00 AM asking for me to come in earlier. I was only available after work, so we settled on 3:00 PM. By 12:00 PM, I’d received another text saying this tech “is not able to do colored lashes at this time” but that she could do black lashes. As if colored lash application differs from black lashes? So I settled for a 5:50 PM appointment with Leo. This was confirmed four different times in the texts, as seen in the photo added. I got a call at 5:04 PM from the front desk asking where I was for my 4:50 PM appointment. The lady even confirmed that “oops, yeah we did say 5:50. But we really meant 4:50.” I was offered an appointment tomorrow. Not once did they offer to accommodate me for their mistake or take accountability for their office somehow getting this time wrong despite FOUR TIMES of confirmation - it was simply “well, we meant 4:50 PM.” I will never be returning to this establishment and I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability from...

Wish I could give this place 0 stars…. They have great reviews because they give out free stuff for a 5 star rating. The stylist Kim did not properly tape my eyes down and the glue got in my eye ( mind you I told her my eye was burning 15 times) and I ended up not being able to see out of my eye. I went to the hospital and the glue burned an abrasion over my pupil. I was in terrible pain for like 4 days… couldn’t see drive or do anything! I called and the manager said you signed a waiver and there’s nothing she can do and offered a free set…..LOL….would never let them touch my eyes again.
