I was there about 3:00 on 12/19/20. I was immediately welcomed as I walked in the door. The 2 girls working Were unbelievably amazing. They were kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. Everytime I had a question they had an answer and was an amazing shopping experience. I wanted several things (as I'm into several things too) and they helped me find what I was looking for. They even guided me through all the toys and things that were on sale for the day and walked out of there at a great price plus they through In a surprise gift. Fiancee and I left the store after planing on spend a couple hundred dollars for items to spice up a 30th birthday and Christmas. Sales associate came over when we where trying to open a box to get a better view of the size of a plug; she began demanding we stop looking in a box without explanation. Never offered help, or even ask why we wanted to look inside.

We have no problem if not opening boxes due to hygiene, or even due to covid-19. We weren't thinking about that.

I had an allergic reaction to Adam and Eve nipple tingle gel enhancers and did not want a refund but an exchange for maybe body lotion. No tingle just a nasty taste and mouth sore from the ingredients. The store clerk said no refunds or exchanges even though that was not written on the receipt.
