Walked store first time saw ring me and owner of store agreed to 2500.00 but ring to small so he told me he would order bigger sized ring and never told me it would be more money so 3days later owner called me to tell me ring was in store and again never told me it would be more money but after arriving at store his girl wker told me it would be 200 more and she quickly got him on phone to now tell me it's 200 more and after arguing with this idiot I told him u had several chances to tell me about extra charge!He's very shady dude and be very careful of him and his shady deals and I'm a big gold buyer and I personally will never step foot back in his store and customers like me keep jewelry stores in BUISNESS but his shady dealings and ripping gd customers off like me his store want be open long And he can go back his pawn shop!!!BECAREFUL...

I had a necklace that broke, so I brought it to them to get it fixed. They told me that it would be $50 for them to weld it, I agreed I paid. Within 1 day of picking it up, it broke again. So we brought it back to try to get it fixed. Had my watches battery replaced here and also watch links removed. Both Roz and the other gentleman . Excellent service and good price. Sorry I forgot the name but the other gentleman hot steamed cleaned the watch without me asking . That’s great service! This is my go to store for watch repair now.
