I can’t say enough good things about this studio! The studio itself is clean, pretty, and organized, the reformers are well kept as well. The instructors are so supportive and knowledgeable, and every class challenges me and leaves me feeling stronger. I recommend Athletic Pilates if you want to push your limits, sweat and lift heavier weights, Bouncelates if you want a fun approach on cardio, and Hardcore if you want a thorough full body workout, but all the classes are amazing! All the instructors are amazing in their own ways…here’s what I like about each of them…
Kellie: I cannot say enough good things about Kellie. I have been working out pre Pilates so I am pretty strong… her classes make me shake. Kellie balances pushing clients but still supporting their needs and abilities. She creates a class where everyone can take what they need depending on the day and their own body. Kellie is very good at explaining moves without taking you out of the flow, creating a seamless and cohesive Pilates class. Go to her if you want to test your limits!
Wayne: Wayne is so fun! His music is on point if you like older rap (I’m a fan). Wayne has a unique approach in his classes, heavier weights for less reps. Go to him if you want to work on obliques we work them every class without fail! He also incorporates cardio! I like it for sure! I especially recommend you go to Wayne if you are a guy trying Pilates. Great full body work out!
Claire: Claire is so sweet! She definitely packs a punch but is also great for beginners. Claire is very versatile, she can teach a class full of both beginners and advanced people no problem. Even in classes with beginners I feel challenged and satisfied with my workout. Her classes are challenging and allow you to take what you need from it. I love her flows as well!
Nazia: If you’re looking for a different, creative flow, go to Nazia! I would say Nazia is great for beginners but definitely don’t shy away if you are more advanced, just ask for advancements in the flow. Nazia’s classes keep me on my toes and I never know what we are doing next, I like it!
Erlinda: Not sure if she is still teaching….but if you see her on the schedule and you are looking for a slightly more traditional Pilates approach, definitely book her!:
Raina: Raina only subs classes….but if you see that she is teaching a class, please take it. She is so funny. Her classes are definitely hard but I laugh the whole way through so the time passes...
Read moreThe people are nice and willing to work with you on scheduling private sessions at times that work for you. We only did private sessions, not group. The facility is a bit awkward. After normal business hours it is a pain to get to the facility as the building elevators are locked. They would benefit from moving.
The flavor of "pilates" they teach over-emphasizes strength and resistance training at the expense of fluidity of motion and balance. This is perhaps an over-reaction to west coast or "soft style" pilates. More springs are not better or even necessarily more difficult. If you are looking for a new way to bulk up then you may get something from hardcore pilates. If you want a strong, supple dancers body I suggest you look elsewhere.
I am not saying hardcore pilates is bad. It will work for some people and their goals, and these folks are professional and courteous. Just know what you...

They're doing small in-person classes mixed with virtual classes. In bounce, everyone's social distanced (and then some). According to fitbit, 1 hour bounce = over 600 calories burned, and 30+ minutes with HR in cardio zone.
My wife and I have been coming here since getting a Groupon a short while back. If you want to try out pilates or bounce, this is a great place to so it. If you want to lose weight, take the bounce or hybrid 'bouncelates' class. Everyone is super friendly here and you definitely feel sore the next day. Also, there's a consistent core of people that come that make up the hardcore community. I definitely recommend for anyone that sits in a chair all day at work like I do. :)
Pro tip: Keep their phone number on speed dial if you go in the evenings. Sometimes building management leaves the doors locked to the lobby and you need to call...
