Ordered a number of products online. The jar of Spa eye mask was missing & the UZU essence were given instead of the creams I ordered. I emailed, called and messaged on IG…no reply!! The phone number on their website was wrong too. Not a very reliable seller so far!!

Update: I tried so many different ways to reach seller and finally found the seller’s WeChat account. She thought I was a new customer inquiring her store so answered my message but found out she needed to replace wrong & resend missing items. She kept saying she’ll refund Spa Eye mask (due to no stock) & asked me to still try UZU cream (saying it’s new packaging! It is NOT!!!) The next 6 weeks, every week or two, she said she processed the refund but never did. Till very last time, I got really upset and asking her to process right away and send me the proof right away. Then she did it! And still not the full amount…she missed refunding some other cheap car fragrant paper she sent wrong too.

I suggest stay away from this online shop. If you are local, then go into store to buy is ok I guess. Otherwise, buy at...

Horrible customer service, rude and unfriendly! DO NOT BUY THERE. Normally i go to the Korean store which is way better service and prices at the front. Yet i gave this place a try, and they failed me badly ;( I wanted to buy lipsticks, so i checked on the color codes. The lady told me “DO NOT OPEN IT” very rude way. “There are testers outside: se said.” Guess what, there are only 2 testers which are the same color. Only when i told her i will buy 2 lipsticks if you can show me the red color i want. She then agreed to open it, not even let me to hold and see, quickly closed the lipstick boxes. I decided not to buy anymore, the lady turned to her co-worker and say something in Chinese with the staring eyes at us 😡Unbelievable, how would you like me to pay money with that service? Small store, BIG attitude. No thanks! Stay away...

I asked for help in choosing proper lingerie sizes. I'm a 36C and was told 70-75C would fit me. I need to go back to exchange 3 out of 4 of my lingerie sets to D cups.. out of the panties 2 pairs fit okay and the other 2 cut off circulation in my hips.

It's really out of my way to drive out and make the return but I'd really like my money's worth for the 4 sets I really wanted to fit.

Edit: I went back the next day to see if I could get my lingerie in larger sizes (37D) was disappointed they only had a few D sizes In colors I wasn't too fond of. They issued me a full refund that I will receive in 3-5 buisness days. Very very...
