Yesterday on 03/14/19 I went to Deerbrook Mall and I got 5 shirts and 1 pair of shoes with a 50% OFF + 25% OFF for being a Macy’s Credit Card Member so I had an amazing deal, staff on Deerbrook was so different to over here at Willowbrook, there was two I didn’t like so I decided to go here on 03/15/19 (because it’s way closer to me) and I wanted to go ahead and exchange them, I came over here I got the ones I like (which I definitely love) and I asked the lady to go ahead and do the exchange, first of all tell me why but she was doing faces like if she didn’t understood what I was saying, and I can speak English correctly, then I went ahead and do the transaction, at that time one of her coworkers was needing assistance with another customer, the customer needed a gift card and apparently some of those gift card don’t work, so he had to get another one, the customer was having issues to know which one he can get, the Macy’s Rep grabbed the cards he had on his hand and throw them away on her desk saying this ones don’t work with a very rude attitude, back to me, I go ahead and ask her in a very polite way if I was gonna get the discount just like I had it over there, and she was like: I don’t know what are you talking about, I showed her my receipt and she told me you will get just the sale price only and that’s it, again with a very rude attitude, and then she looks at me like trying to find out if I still want them and I told her that’s fine, I went ahead and get them. For me it’s very disrespectful to have that type of attitude in front of a customer, if you don’t like your job you can go ahead and quit, but don’t be bothering our shop experience, I was gonna get some more stuff but I decided to leave cause I feel my day ruined because of this, it doesn’t make sense also that why I can’t get the same promo again if I have the coupons and everything, I didn’t wanted to keep going cause I was thinking she was gonna start yelling at me or something, in 2019 I alredy spent over 2k worth of clothes, shoes, perfumes and a couple of more stuff, with my Macy’s Card and cash also, I don’t like to be treated like this and I’m not saying because of how much I spent, there’s must be customer they spent hundreds of dollars, and there must be customer that spend $20 dollars, but it doesn’t matter how much they spend, you always at least should try to have a good shopping experience. Definitely very disappointed with her, she was working I guess the evening shift, it’s an African-American lady and I think her name starts with a T, I barely remember...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of shopping for a graduation suit at Macy's, where I was assisted by an exceptional store associate named Nabil. From the moment I stepped into the store, Nabil went above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience was nothing short of fantastic. His knowledge and expertise in men's fashion were evident, as he helped me navigate through various styles and fits to find the perfect suit that made me look and feel great for my big day.
Nabil was not only patient but also incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with detail and care. He took the time to understand my preferences and provided personalized recommendations that truly catered to my needs. His commitment to providing the best customer service was clear, and it made my preparation for graduation both stress-free and enjoyable.
Thanks to Nabil, I left Macy's with a suit that I absolutely love and with the confidence to walk across the graduation stage in style. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism and enthusiasm. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and skilled in their service, and Nabil truly deserves recognition for his outstanding work. If you're in need of a suit or any men's apparel, I highly recommend seeking out Nabil at Macy's for a shopping experience that's...
Read moreMy friends and I were looking up mattresses for our dorms as we're starting college in the upcoming semester. Going into this Furniture Store was the start for us. But in a literal 5 mins of walking in and looking around we were greeted by an older gentlemen who worked there asked if we needed help, I said "We just looking around" then he proceeded to say "If you are not buying anything, we ask you to leave". My friends and I were in total shocked by his remark as we were respectful, quiet, and kept amongst ourselves. This worker had the gall to ask a CUSTOMER to LEAVE within 5 mins of just walking in. I believe to him we were just teens that were loitering(we were not), we didn't disturb any other customer and was serious in our search for purchasing. I've never been in a place with such discrimination to just younger looking customers and unprofessional-ism into a department store...
