This cancer center is very efficient. I had recently brought a relative here, and I have had good experience with various aspects of the hospital. Everyone who I have dealt with has all been friendly. They have lots of volunteers here that can guide you as it can be a maze in there. There is also a shuttle system through the skybridge connecting the Mays Clinic and the Main building. The doctors had great bedside manner and cared about the patient. We were here for a 2nd opinion as we had heard great things about the center from 2 people. They have travel services which can help you book hotels, rental cars and flights for a discounted rate. Also, with the first doctor assigned to you, they can pretty much give you a treatment plan in a shorter time frame vs having to have you book each doctor yourself. All the labs and imaging were done within 2 days and results within hours. I highly recommend coming here when you are newly diagnosed to save you time in the long run. There are also many options of food in the cafeteria with reasonable prices. Most hotels surrounding the center have a free shuttle that takes you directly to the hospital.

Please read this review. I am very well knowledge about doctors and nurses and rules and regulations this hospital is rated number one because one it does the most research you may think that’s the good thing ever. It is not that means you are now the research body, the nurse even said, we don’t see miracles here if your loved one Is going to die see them, but you know what forget that they don’t have the best treatments their hospital is gave My father, a disease that only can be transferred from patient to patient that ultimately killed him, they don’t consider what the patient can handle only the treatment. They starved him for five days saying he can eat while he’s incredible pain nobody eats when they’re sick. I had to remind the doctors to give him medicine he needs and said oh yeah I’m serious. My father was on a ventilator, and I had a jaw specialist saying when he can get on it and when he can get off of it, not a pulmonologist, they are not interested in taking care of you. They are interested in their studies. I hope in writing this that one would make you have a better choice. I know a lot of people after the fact that went there and they’ve never had a good story. that’s a good marketing team not a good hospital. Please do not...

I have NEVER in my life experience such terrible customer service. Its been almost one FULL month of trying to get my husband to get an appointment with one of their Dr and to this day NOBODY could upload his medical records (1pdf file sent multiple times) to his chart. I have called and talked to at least 7 people, all these 7 people were "uploading" this 1 PDF file to his medical records for the Dr to review for the PAST 1 MONTH! People in our situation do not have 1 month to lose! I do not understand how could it possibly take 1 month to upload a file to a patient's records?!?!? Every time i call its all with same status: "we have recieved, we are uploading"!!! I need to see the DR and you are wasting my time. These people who are in charge of setting up patient's profile should be more sensitive of the patient's time. Cancer patients dont simply have 1 month to...
