Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Houston

I asked to change something on my order and was told I can’t because it had already been put in so I was sent to the menu to make the change. Horrible; food not cooked at location; .. so while my nuggets were warm they were soggy not crispy at all..also they do not have friess. I asked for a cup of water.. the did not give me one cause they didn't have cups on my way out I noticed some coffee cups.. seems like they are penny pinching and idk how chickfila is ok with this place bringing down...

Long lines, but we arrived at lunch time. Used drive thru and there were friendly staff taking our orders and making sure the traffic kept flowing.
