I purchased my car at another location but I live in river oaks . The river oaks location is by far the worst when it comes to customer service . I’ve had several issues in the service department once I was even offered to buy drugs from one of the employees . However I let it go and thought to myself it’s non of my business until today . I brought my car for service I was parked outside waiting apparently I was in the wrong lane after waiting several minutes I got fed up due to the experiences I’ve had before when I contacted the manger she kept pursing to tell me I was in the wrong for not parking in the express lane and disregarded my other issues and frustration . When I tried to escalate the situation I was met by a sales manger who told me if you have bad experiences here why do you keep coming to our location instead of offering help or an apology . Gem the sales manager also lied to me told me there is no one above him . When I contacted the dealership I purchased the car from they advised mr that I can speak with me helf man . However when I asked the employees everyone tried to brush it off telling me he isn’t available or will take several hours to arrive . Read moreTo keep it strictly to the service I was given, it was inexcusably the worst service I've encountered, and this is singularly towards the body shop. They poorly handled my vehicle and communicating with me about it. I was informed, by Johnny Morales, that my vehicle would be done in 1.5 weeks as well all necessary information (car insurance + estimate from car insurance)was given to them. I gave them a call 8 days later and am informed that my vehicle was passed off to another rep, Daniel, and when speaking to him he proceed to inform that they hadn't started on my vehicle and berate me for lack of information on it. Essentially it boiled down to lack of communication on the backend between Johnny and Daniel. The next day I spoke with Aaron Luna (GM of Body Shop) about what's happening and how to get on the same page, he then gives more information that wasn't given on the front end, and informs me that they won't touch my vehicle for another month. Aaron offered no solution to the situation and a healthy amount of disregard for the poor quality his shop gives out. Read moreI really don’t know what is going on with the service department, but the customer service was horrible. I had an appointment at 2:30pm April 18th I pulled up in my jeep and waited for at least 20 minutes and reached out to two different employees to get the mechanic to see me about what services I needed. Fast forward they told me my car was ready and I came back to pick it up. I then waited another 30 minutes to receive my car. There was a lady behind me who had been waiting for a 45 minutes to receive her Cherokee. The mechanic came out and told me that they hadn’t put my car through the washer yet and asked me to wait 10 minutes. I was fine with that since paid almost $500 to get my car serviced. The mechanic then comes back out to say that it can’t be washed.. I convinced him to wash my car since I paid for my service and he told me that he was going to do it. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. Your team is VERY unorganized! I’ve never had that problem with other service...
