I visited the On store in Rice Village on 8/24/25 and had such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff and immediately felt welcome. The complimentary coffee and free flowers were such a thoughtful touch and made the visit even more enjoyable.

Even though there was a line, it truly didn’t feel like waiting at all—the team made sure everyone felt seen and taken care of right away. Every employee I interacted with was super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing both shoes and apparel, and the service made the shopping experience that much better.

Friendly staff and very cool store to experience in person but I felt the prices in store very similar or higher priced.
