Friday night 8:30pm Facilities- Great ambiance. Fantastic Concept Service- Different (description below) Staff- Confusing (description below) Food/Drinks- Good Prices- $$ Parking- Valet/Street parking My Experience: Their reservation system is impressive. It reminds me booking a flight. You can choose your seat. I strongly suggest you double/triple check your reservations for any mistakes before submitting it. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! It immediately goes to a voicemail that is full. My reservation was set for Friday but my confirmation showed Thursday. I called multiple times and texted to have this corrected and neither form of communication was answered. The hostess still took care of us with that mishap that could have been addressed through earlier communication on their part. The atmosphere they created is engaging. It's a lounge first that offers sit down meals. You dance while waiting for your food or after eating it. I enjoyed myself in this regard. The servers are attentive, friendly, helpful, and talented. I say talented because they are working with heels on. The menu is interesting because it's mainly bar food with touches of upscale. They offer Lamb, Steak, and Lobster Tail (upscale). You could also order wings, nachos, and a burger. It may sound like I'm complaining, I'm just giving you my opinion. I ordered the Pasta and my person ordered the lobster. The pasta was very well seasoned & I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Lobster Tail should be mentioned under the appetizers, it was tiny. Now, I'm not a food connoisseur so take my opinions with a grain of salt. I enjoyed the mood created at this venue. A couple things to mention. I'm not sure of the hookah situation, because 3 times, someone came up to our table to try and deliver hookah that we didn't order. That quickly became concerning to me because that means the system they have in place isn't efficient. What else might not be efficient? 20% gratuity to the bill... Ehh, let's the servers get their money, I don't have issues with that, but an additional 4% for paying with credit cards... That's the business offsetting costs onto the customer. This isn't a gas station (normally where you see this type of charge). Maybe I'm over reacting because that charge isn't the norm at other "high end" establishments. This is great for groups of 6 or smaller who want to enjoy food & dance in the same place! I hope you enjoyed this review. Don't forget to tip your server!

Before visiting this place please read! Ratio Houston which is considered a Restaurant first then a lounge. However, this place has tuned into a club! I made a reservation for a visit and upon making that reservation they send your confirmation to your email with further details and instructions for when you and your party arrive, which is making sure you arrive 15 to 20 min early with all of your party to be seated. Also, they explain to you that there is a 2 hour minimum per section. We arrived 25 min early and when we arrived there was a line wrap around the building, so we advise the security guard of our reservation and asked him do we have to stand in the line. The security guard answered and said “No just step to the side” we then advised him that our entire party was there and if we have to wait until the exact time of the reserved reservation that’s fine. The security guard responds and says “Bro you gone have to get in line everyone has a reservation”. After standing outside for 45 min I see the Owner/Manger a light skin young lady come out and grab two groups of her friends to enter the Restaurant/club without acknowledging any of the awaiting guests who’s waiting to be seated. After standing there for an additional 20 min we approached the security guard again to see when we could be seated and he stated again “Bro I told you to get in line your reservation means nothing because all these people has a reservation as well” I then ask to speak to the manager and he stated “she was busy and don’t have anything to talk to me about”. So even with a reservation here you are unable to be seated and will be treated unfairly. This is no longer a restaurant it’s a club the security guards are untrained unlicensed and has no respect for the paying customers. The owner/manger has no control over this business nor can she maintain the procedures that they are presenting to the customers when making a reservation. Please don’t waste your time nor money this was absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous the pictures and nice vibes your see on social media is all for show I rate this place a 0 please read before you visit and waste your time.

(2.75ish really) I had my birthday dinner at Ratio 3 weeks ago. Quick summary: good food, rude bouncers, fake boujie. THE BAD: -Literally every single person in your party must be there before they will even let you in the building. This is doable for like parties of 5, but ours was 17. They wouldn't even let my guests go in to get a drink at the bar. Like, who turns down money? -The doormen/bouncers are very rude. Also, one of the brothers was very agressive with the pat down. I've never had my "member" treated like that in a pat down. -They have a strict dress code. My party was dressed nicely, so we were good, but the bouncer was rude to other people who approached, seemingly unaware of the dress code. -Excepting one of the hostesses (I think the lead one), the other ones were kind of... IDK snotty? -IT'S LIKE THEY REALLY WANT TO PORTRAY SOME UPSCALE, EXCLUSIVE VIBE, BUT IT DOESN'T MATCH THE PLACE. HOW CAN YOU BE SO "UPSCALE" WITH PEOPLE SMOKING HOOKAH AND EATING CHICKEN WINGS? LIKE, CHILL OUT. BE KINDER TO PATRONS. Y'ALL AINT ALL THAT. -Parking (see below) THE GOOD: -THE FOOD! Now, the only reason I would return to this place is to get some food. The shrimp *chef's kiss*, the wings *chef's kiss*. We ordered 3-4 things of shrimp because they were so good. -Once you get in and seated, the staff is actually pretty nice (I didn't say attentive, I said nice). -They were kind enough to store my bday cake in the back and they gave us something special for all the trouble we had with those terrible bouncers and the wait. General comments: -You cannot split checks. One card per table. -If you have a big party, you will have to sit at multiple (i.e., different) tables. -Parking across from the venue outrageously high. Like, it's laughable. We were quoted up to $60. Be sure to give yourself enough time to circle the block to find free parking. -They scammed extra money off my friend’s card, but this wasn’t at my bday dinner. I would take cash if you go.

I made a reservation online that day before. The website stated that I will receive a confirmation email which I never received. So my group and I decided to go if we have to wait that was fine. Once we was seated, placed our orders and received our food I finally received a text message about my reservation. We received our food within less than 10 minutes of us, placing our order. Only to realize that one of my guest had never placed a order. The food came (for a table of 6) we one received 3 sets of plastic utensils. Our mimosa TOWER came with nothing to drink from the server never came to check on us and while everyone was halfway through their food I had to find a busser who was cleaning another table to ask him to find my server. When she finally came to touch the table I let her know what we needed. She came back with more plastic cutlery and rock cups for our mimosa and took off again without asking my other guest what she wanted to order. 30 minutes later, she was passing by when I had to stop her to let her know that she still did not take my order. The service was incredibly terrible. We then ordered another round of drinks and waited quite some time before we were told that we had to leave the security guard as he tapped me on my shoulder to tell me that we needed to close our tab because we are holding up the table. I’ve been informed him that we are still ordering and waiting for drinks. Then the server came to tell me the same thing when I informed her that we still have not gotten our drinks, she said that she was going to have them cancel that drink order. She left came back to close our tab and then I drink orders arrive to the table informed the other person who bought the drinks to the table she canceled them. That young lady literally left the tray with our drinks and walked off with the server. At this point, my friends and I were confused and unsatisfied with the piss poor service. The food was terrible. One of my guest or an omelette in requested additional bacon and cheese. Only to get regular eggs with a block of cheese in the middle by the time those of us who didn’t receive cutlery our food was cold. One of my guest had to send back their food because it...
