1st let me commend Adriena skills!!! She resized 3 of my wigs in less than an hr (mind you, I went to drop them off but it's a long story). She seemed very knowledgeable and any questions I had in regards to a wig and it's fit she didn't mind answering. But what stood out to me the most was her willingness and kindness to be helpful. My husband and son went and made a run while I was waiting dealing with my wigs, while making those runs our car started acting up and they had to park the car elsewhere. Adriena willingly offered to bring me to meet them without hesitation. For her to had only just met me and be willing to help me in that moment ment so much! I trusted this business to make me a wig, VERY DISHONEST, she charged me $99 to make the wig and $58 to cut the wig the way I wanted. The wig was not styled the way I wanted even though i held the picture in my hand. Later I went to another wig shop that makes wig to see if there was something she could do to fix the wig the way i wanted. I found out that she did not make the wig but actually went and bought a wig that was manufactured. I was showned the difference between a hand made and manufactured wig. This place is hands down amazing. I cut my hair super short last year and am missing my long locks. I went in as a walk in amd the staff was just wonderful. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am a wig virgin, never wore one before and I was a little intimidated by the whole thing. The lady who helped me was patient and kind and she helped select the perfect wig. I haven't smiled like this since I cut my hair. The wig is extremely high quality, i have had no shedding and I have received tons of compliments on it. I am including before and after pics.
