I'm a grandmother I came to your store to return some gift items from my granddaughter's birthday presents.At, first I was told by the salesgirl Gabby,that I could exchange it.So,after looking around and finding items she could wear,came back to register manager (Hispanic lady)told me I could only exchange it for the same items.Then she didn't have the items available??She then begin ignoring me and waiting on other customers??I fell I was treated disrespectful I even call customer service they gave me no alternative.I ,then went to Children's Place in Meyerland Plaza ,and your manager Anna was so helpful and resolved the problem!I will Never shop at gulfgate location again!The store was messy no customer help to assist you items not available.This store needs new help it's clear that these employees don't care or promote your business.And.when the Manager doesn't care ,it shows in Employees??Also,Peppa Pig backpack supposed to come with removeabl e lunch bag it wasn't included so I called Roman manager at Meyerland Plaza he said it did come to there store with backpack???Why advertise it???.Pls.improve your...

I waited 45 minutes because ladies had their kids hold their spot and then price check EVERY ITEM!! Then decide they didn't want it so the cashier had to go back and void half of the stuff! They should have one register for price checking. It's so ridiculous!! The lines are always so LONG! The store is so hot!!! They need to fix it for opening again after closing it for a long time.!!! My son had to use the bathroom he was crying he is little. Employees didn't care I said I'm buy clothes please it's an emergency. NO!!!
