Scam, scam, scam!! I bought a set of jewelry here and haven't had a chance to enjoy the jewelry because the diamonds kept falling out of the earrings, ring, and the necklace unraveled. Come to find out, they are selling defective items as new items, and this is fraud. I was told the necklace couldn’t be repaired because it would happen again, and the earrings, I would just have to keep getting them repaired or let them give me pennies for them. The rightful option by law is a refund because its obvious the item is defective. The only option was given was a credit of pennies for me to buy something else and spend more money. People please understand these are unfair trade practices which is potentially fraud, its deceptive and the motive makes you spend more money. These people can be reported to the bureau of India standards or the FTC . They have the right one, because this complaint is only to let them know I see the pattern just as the judge will. Patterns do not lie. If you want to spend $35 on a $3 Renata watch battery be their guest. They lie about half the stuff they sell(the stuff they say is stainless steel is actually brass and will fade in a matter of weeks, a friend showed me a tennis chain he had bought from these guys and initially it was silver, it had turned completely brown in 2 weeks so it must be brass). They are lazy with custom work and will try to cut corners(again, a friend of mine got a custom pendant done with lettering and it came out nothing like he was told). They sell diamond earings with a very small karat weight of diamonds for rediculous prices. They talk and act as if they are different from most of the other small time jewelers out there but deep down they are just trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of each sale and couldn’t care less about...
