Do NOT buy from these crooks. They are strict on their no return policy for a good reason. Because it benifirs them tremendously. I bought a $450 ride on electric car for our baby girl. First one(problem #1), the tires went opposite directions right out of the box. Took the car back to the Bay Brook location and the employee tried to ‘fix’ it... he couldn’t so he told me to return in a few days and it would be repaired... this was unacceptable after spending $450 less then 24hrs ago.. they tried to push another car on me and in a different color and after going back and forth told them I wasn’t having it. After about a hour of talking and him making phone calls he told me to go to another ‘Toyz’ location at Almeda Mall and they would give me another of the same model(or so I thought). So I settled for this, although not overly thrilled about the extra adventure. I arrived at the 2nd location, got the new car, got it back home, only to find out it wasn’t the same exact car... minor differences, but still, not the same. Got the car (the second one, just want to emphasize that) assembled, only to find that one of the wheels didn’t light up (of course!)... after some troubleshooting I found the power wire for the lights was cut.. so I stripped and spliced it back together.... on a brand new, $450 car.... even without the defects, the things are hardly worth the money and I unfortunately already regret the purchase. Worst experience!!!!! Never going back to this place ever , if y’all looking for toys , just find you a better store, costumer service was the worst i went to buy some toys and they had two different princes and when i went to pay the toys they wanted to charge me 2$ more dollars because the prince was incorrect, but on the tag they had a price, i feel and i know by law they have to respect the prince that they have displayed, so after i told the lady to charge me the price on the tag she said no that she needed to charge me 2 more dollars and then after i mention it was by law she need to respect the prince that is on the tag, she went and call someone saying that i have threatened her that i was going yo make a mess and act a foo in the store, when i was really calmed telling her abt the price, there was more witnesses they even suggested for me to record because it was unfair and then the sells lady told me she wasn’t going to sell me anything to just go on and find some place else, thats not ok because you don’t have the right to refuse service, when you the one that is on the wrong , changing your price, then she threatened to discount the money from her employees because they put the wrong price, like omg lady you need to calmed down but i will never go back to that place and i sure will make sure other people don’t go to that place and she lucky i didn’t call the cops on her because thats...

Worst experience ever! We went in looking for toys for my nephews and like any child they started getting the toys that were open for display. They both have have to have the same thing or they start fighting, long story short they wanted a light gun and they only had 1. We asked if they had another one and they owner said no. He said just to pick one, they are all the same thing and told the 2 and 3 year old boys to hurry up and not to touch anything. After settling for the toys he refused to sell to us and he told us the toys were not for sale and said we couldnt buy them. Honestly I felt discriminated against as he was treating other customers better. It was so obvious, even the other customers felt bad for us and apologized on the owners behalf and recommend another store. The other store we went to said he always gets complaints about them.
