Good luck getting anybody on the phone. Took me a month just to schedule an appointment with Dr. Shu then I needed to come back in for a follow up and was never able to get someone on the phone. It just went to voicemail every time and they won't call back.

Pretty much just wasted time and money at the first visit since I need to go through the entire process again with another doctor from start to finish since in order to send your records to another doctor you need to get in touch with them to fax your records over. Needless to say, that's just about impossible and is a huge headache. Doctor is fine but the staff are awful and just don't care at all about helping...

Dr. Tung Shu is absolutely one of the best in the field. I have had other physicians attest to his knowledge and talents. Unfortunately, the support staff at Vanguard Urology do not do him justice. Calls are rarely answered and voice mails are rarely returned. I have learned to leave a voice message and follow it up with an email and then another email. I went to this doctor for a consultation on kidney stones. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and $45 later, just to see the dr for 2 minutes TOPS and him tell me that there's nothing for him to do until I get a CT scan. Would've been nice to know before paying for a worthless 2 minute visit. Tried to call back and make another appointment, I literally called 15+ times for the receptionist to be super rude that I kept calling. I would NEVER...
