I had to ! I had to change my review and 4stars to 5stars to this Starbucks due to its customer service “Jared “ an associate here have such great experiencedsales associates has great customer service attitude. On my way home i asked for something strong and he was delighted to help . Excellent service but if you go in lunch hour and hadn’t ordered on mobile app you will be here for 40-45 minutes to get your coffee otherwise they are quick and professional

Located on the 1st floor of the 6400 Fannin St building, this is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve been to! I used to order in store but even with 4 people working mornings, it takes 20+ minutes to get an Americano. The service is decent most days but unless you mobile order 10-15mins in advance, expect a VERY long wait!

Okay do not be fooled by the smiling faces of the hat wearing manager very rude to the building security staff, every morning we received a good morning but she doesn't acknowledge there greetings at all, even i know its best to be polite even if you don't really mean it.Coffee is awesome the manners are lacking.

Great when the new people get to know you, but until then, I never know what I am going to get. The people who have been there for a while are amazing (Nathan #1, Nathan #2, Marlene) and never give me a hard time if I have a large or complicated order.

If I could change anything, I would extend the hours and make the weekend hours conducive to those who are stuck working and cannot leave the hospital to go to the Dryden location. Lately, it's a gamble coming to work on Saturday without coffee...the interim supervisor did not show up at all the Saturday after Christmas (no notice that the regular schedule was going to be deviated from was posted), and the next week (Saturday after New Years), they didn't show up until 8:30 AM. The store is supposed to open at 7 AM on Saturday, and at 7:30 AM I had walked over with about four orders, found the store closed, and spoke with an employee who was waiting outside who said she had been waiting an hour already for the supervisor and was about to give up.

I just gave directions over the phone to a friend who was at the hospital for the weekend, and at 2:50 PM, the store was already closed (hours state open until 3 PM Saturday/Closed Sunday). I have also heard from employees that they are considering closing the store on Saturdays again (they introduced limited Saturday hours in 2010 or 2011) due to lack of business. You can't get business if you don't open your store!!!!

You're better off just calling. I am considering just stopping by a free-standing location on my way in to guarantee I get...

I came to this Starbucks on yesterday and had a great experience. That totally changed on 1/31 8:15a. The cashier (guy) was on the rude side because I guessed everyone else that was in the coffee shop were regulars (drs/nurses etc) I too work here but for parking. I was fully uniformed and talked to as such. I wasn't greeted properly. I was rushed on my order. After placing my order, I couldn't even leave fully after hearing the cashier shout at a regular who normally places his coffee via mobile asking him if his order was placed. After I removed myself and begin waiting. I noticed the batista were making other regular drinks who were waiting in line. They received their normal drinks first. I simply had an almond croissant and a grande red eye. Waiting a good 6 min was crucial to wait all to see future orders being made and handed out. When I FINALLY received my coffee, the lid had extra coffee on top. I asked to receive another lid and also a stopper. I was informed there wasn't any stoppers. Soooo. I asked for it be double cupped due to the fact that I work outside. After receiving the double cup.. another barista slid behind the cashier just to tell him I was supposed to be charged for the double cup. I left and didn't care. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless your a professional. The service...

I’ve had bad experiences here ever since they remodeled but today was one of the worst. I placed an order at 10:55. My pick up time was 11:07. When I got to the store, there were maybe three other people in there. 11:07 passed and I waited patiently because I’m used to this location taking a long time, but I watched as people who ordered at the store get their orders. At 10:20, a woman who’d noticed how long I’d been waiting asked the guy up front about my order. The guy who was working said that it was likely my order had been stolen, but then he reached over and literally pulled my drink from the back counter and gave it to me. I had a honey almond milk flat white, so I know there was no way it was made in 15 seconds. This in itself wasn’t a big deal but I’d also ordered a lime frosted coconut bar. There have been times where I’ve ordered something that Starbucks was out of and they just replaced it with whatever I wanted. I asked to replace my lime frosted bar with a ham and swiss croissant, which I’ve done before, and the worker said sure as long as I pay the difference. Overall, this location is generally terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it if you were in a rush. I also was literally lied to about the status of my order and they did nothing to rectify...
