Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Houston

On June 14, 2025, I had a very disappointing experience at Victoria’s Secret. An employee whose name starts with “V,” wearing black flare pants and has long black hair, was extremely rude to me and my sister and made us feel targeted as Middle Eastern women.

While trying on clothing in the fitting rooms, she initially told me not to bring in pajama sets that were wrapped and not on hangers. I understood and followed her instructions and even returned the wrapped PJ sets from the fitting rooms back to the display rack. Later, my sister brought me another UNWRAPPED pajama set that was on a hanger, but the same employee knocked on my fitting room door aggressively and said, “We’re watching you and your sister — she brought in a covered PJ set.” I showed her the set, which was clearly on a hanger, and she looked surprised but simply said, “That’s okay,” without apologizing for accusing or watching us.

However, I’d like to acknowledge Chloe at the front of the store (wearing glasses and has curly hair), who was very kind and professional — the complete opposite of her coworker. I hope management addresses this issue so no one else feels discriminated against or disrespected in...

This store is in Memorial City Mall. It was pretty busy as it was December. The displays were neat and tidy, but trying to find my size panties (small) in the drawers was a nightmare. (Note: my sizes for bras & panties were never on display, so I had to search). I had time to kill, so I had the patience to search for my size on the styles I wanted. After I found the panties I wanted, I asked the young to measure me as I needed new bras. She was extremely helpful. Once I had the correct size, I searched the style I like to wear and again, had to dig around. I only found one bra in my size and it was in a color I didn't like. So I decided to order bras online, where I had much better luck. The checkout line was very long, but they had people at every register, so it moved pretty quickly. I probably waited 15min. Overall it was a good experience, but had someone asked to help me find the bras I wanted (or told me they were out of that size in that style), I could have saved 15-20min of...

It had been well over two years since I had been properly fitted for a bra and I dreaded the idea of going shopping for new ones. I had been looking into boutiques to get fitted but then broke down to go back to Victoria's Secret because of their prices and selection. Every time I have shopped at other VS, I almost never got fitted unless I persistently bugged an employee to help me; Today's experience was very different. Nemari, the bra fit expert and beauty specialist was so helpful. She knew exactly what I needed and listened to what I was looking for. She made the whole experience enjoyable and I couldn't have asked for a better group of employees to assist me. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the floor employee who helped me after the fitting but she was super nice and checked up on me while I searched for the rest of my shopping list.
