This store really had me and my boyfriend fed up! We bought a heater and air conditioner combo from here that ran us about a $1000 bucks actually closer to $1200 . when we got down to our last payment We ended up sending it to get serviced because the heater part didnt work. They were not supposed to charge our bank account until it was fixed which they did anyways and over withdrew our account. Now the manager did fix it and they didnt charge us the last payment of $160 but when we went to pick it up from the store they said they had a brand new one for us . we got there and it wasnt the right thing it was just a portable air conditioner . the ppl working then argued with us that it was what we paid for and continued to tell us we were stupid and wrong and dont know what we are talking about. We ended up taking it and calling corporate about it which supposedly they have one there for us now . we will see if its the right one and if we will be accused of being stupid again when we go. If I can give a zero star I would, delivery guys stole my dolly and refuse to give it back, dealing with Vivian or Brett on anything has been a complete nightmare. They are extremely rude and impossible to work with. They have been an issue the entire time, when my fridge broke, They brought it back filled with mold. When we asked them to address it they blamed us, when they couldn't blame us they blamed their delivery guys instead of taking ownership. Now that we no longer want business with them, had them come get the fridge, they stole my dolly in the process!

I have purchased many items of this place over the years , i purchased a fridge in 22 and paid it off a year later and they called me to say i owed a payment and when i told them i had already paid it off and i had the paper work I was told no I didn’t and they was very nasty and rude over the phone , spoke to Brad the GM and he was not any better at first, the second call with him he was nice and he figured out what had happened and took care of this , nothing worse than being accused of lying, also when fridge was delivered they broke lots of my...
