Bought a Franco link men’s necklace end of April for my boyfriends birthday. It was supposed to be REAL good overlay over STERLING silver. Was told that as long as it stayed out of direct regular contact with chemicals, it should last a long time. Well, it lasted less than 6 months with no chemical contact. The gold is almost all worn off and what’s underneath is definitely not sterling silver. Took it into them to see if it needed cleaned and they “tried” but said they couldn’t really do anything with it. When I asked if they sold me something that wasn’t really real gold overlay, he couldn’t even look me in the eye while he told me they offer NO warranty. And as I looked around in their store, I noticed that A LOT of their jewelry that they claim is REAL gold is already tarnished while it’s just sitting in their window and case displays. Horrible product. Horrible service. Quality is definitely not REAL anything except REAL BAD. Now I’m walking around with a $100 (on sale) necklace that looks like I bought it at...

My husband and I purchased a ring from these people and it broke about a couple weeks later for my 9th anniversary. They upgraded another ring we picked out and about a week later three diamonds fell out. He said no exchanges or returns, NO WARRANTIES!! Do NOT let these people fool you . They will rip you off. No personality , no help. I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy from this store. Now I have a ring with three diamonds missing. I would not trust him to send it off to put diamonds back in there. What will happen next ?? Man they should not even be in business at Northlake mall??? I am just heartbroken over this. I had to take it somewhere to be looked at. I don't trust them anymore....

I have an issue with my chain I purchased at northlake mall location my chain breaks with a turn of my neck the chain will just fall off they fix it before this will make the second time I hope we can fix this chain for good or well we will see. Came back a week later I would have settled for a smaller chain and some money back he said he could do nothing about it and I would have to come out of my pocket again to get it fixed. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST AGAIN THEY SHOULD NEVER BE IN THE MALL (BUMS) I had to give them 1 star but they don’t deserve that. P.S....
