UPDATE - 04/24/2017: I contacted management regarding my visit and explained how displeased I was. They assured me that the issue would be addressed. I made another visit on March 17, 2017 between 5pm - 6pm and the atmosphere was totally different. I'm not sure if it was due to a different staff / time but the customer service and food was good. Changed rating to 4 stars.
First and last time eating at this restaurant. The only good part is that my order was taken correctly. Issue 1; The lettuce looked old and brown and I pray I don't get sick. I really shouldn't have eaten the sub. Issue 2; The guy who cooks the meat and prepares the sandwiches apparently doesn't do the job of getting fries. Issue 3; So, I had to wait for the lady who placed my order to finish her conversation about So & So and how they don't work at a particular place anymore with a patron that she knows. Issue 4; When the lady gets around to getting the fries, she looks around first to see if anyone is watching, then proceeds to take fries already sitting there and dump them back in the hot grease. I guess to heat them up. And I'm sorry, if you have to look around to see who's watching, you probably shouldn't be doing it. Issue 5; As my sandwich has now been sitting prepared, she prepares fries for two customers AFTER me. Issue 6; When I advised her that my sandwich was done and I'm just waiting on fries, she says, "Oh, I thought he got your fries already".    Read moreI currently cannot walk I need a hip replacement. I sat in a rocking chair right in front of the store and placed an online order because I cannot stand that long. I went to the counter where you are supposed to pickup your orders n they told me they would not give it to me to go stand in line at the register. this is after my daughter stood there for 10 mins and no one would help her. Then this man came up and demanded attention and got in front of her. Then they are asking to see. my name on my order well the app where I was at has an order number did not say my name and mind you they only had 1 online order it was mine I was sitting there watching the whole time. So I said just cancel the Oder then and give me my money back and they could not do that because I ordered online. Finally I said I know this is my order I am taking it and the lady behind the counter ripped it out of my hands and said you are NOT and made even bigger scene and I just wanted my sandwich I had now waited 30 mins for and they ignored everyone and apparently did not understand how their app works or what is shows and if they did have another order .. even though I know they did not .. how many do you think have the same name as me. I really liked the sandwiches but never again will I give them my money. And will probably never see the $14 I paid for the sandwich the lady...
   Read moreI visited this location today. It was honestly a terrible experience all together. There were only 2 ppl in front of me but it took forever for the cashier to get their order. I was in line for over 10 mins before I made it to the counter and placed my order. I was #31 so I waited and waited. I heard them call #29, #30, and then 32. I asked the lady behind the counter what happened to #31. She said "Oh the last customer took your sandwich". Ummm the customer didn't "take" it, you guys gave it to him because you don't know how to read the orders and ticket numbers on your screen. They messed up EVERYONES order. Another lady ordered her sandwich with no mayo but the lady proceeded to put mayo on the bun and then used her spatula to try to scrape it off. Another person ordered cheese fries w/ bacon on the side. They put bacon on it anyway. These people make sandwich-making look very hard. They were really struggling and they messed up everyone's order. Next time I will go to Chick Fil...
