One of the most ridiculous shopping experiences ever this time. Been here many times before and had great experiences. Went there this year expecting a wait because of the holidays. Tried to give them our name to get on the list and was informed they could only put a certain number of names on the list and we had to wait. Waited 15 more minutes in which time they called several other names and never once had someone ask to take our name. Once again asked to put our name on the list and was again told the list was full and they could not add more names. Witnessed several others walk up and put their names on their list. Tried again and was told the same so we left. To top it off nobody even tells you there is a list when entering the store so if I had not known to even ask we would have waited needlessly. Get your stuff together Pandora. Even during the holidays when it's busy you still have to serve...

Called the Northlake store to see if they had a particular charm .. was put on hold .. after 15 minutes of holding I decided to drive to the store ..while still on hold ..it took about 16 minutes to drive there and walk to the store .. when I walked into the store I was greeted .. but at that time I had been on hold for 26 minutes without anyone attempting to come back to the phone .. I showed the sales associate my hold time .. and inquired why no one came to the phone.. she didn’t seem to know I was holding .. It was 11:30 when I arrived.. the store was not busy .. I was helped and the young lady was courteous.. in the future you should at least come back to the phone and check on...

My husband purchased a braclet and charm for my birthday but I decided to return both items because I am constantly in bleach and I did not want to ruin these like I did my other pieces. On the receipt I noticed an engraving fee and when I returned them the employee did not refund the full amount and when I inquired as to why she said that something was engraved. Uhm, no there's not even anywhere to have anything engraved. Had I not returned these items my husband would've been overcharged. Something tells me this is something they slip in regularly and not on accident. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK...
