I wish I could have purchased. I have two young boys who we have bought two broncos for from target and wanted to see what this store had to offer. The woman with black hair just continued to say the items they had were âcustomizableâ but when I asked about a Bronco or F150 she said those werenât available. I asked her if the cars in store were the only items they had for purchase and that they could be customized but she didnât answer my question. I also asked about price. She couldnât give me an answer. So I asked what was the cheapest item which she said $299 and I asked her how much something really high end would be but she said $3k and up for something in the window. I asked what was so âcustomizableâ and she didnât give me an answer. I asked if they higher the vehicles or something and she said no. At this point she asked me for the 3rd time âwhat do you want from meâ. Well⌠what did I want from the store. I wanted to know what options were available to purchase and what customization they offer. At the end she was very flustered and upset that I had questions. We noticed how unknowledgeable she was of the products they were selling and how upset she was getting so we left. she closed the doors behind us as she seemed like she was extremely angry that we wanted to know more about their products. But as I explained, we were ready but were treated very poorly. He just assumed we werenât there to buy anything and waste his time. Iâve worked in selling high end vehicles and being a finance manager for over 10 years and would never just assume someone canât afford something.
I was interested in knowing more about purchasing a car either now or later for my baby. The guy at the store absolutely made us feel like we couldnât afford it - he was rude and barely answered anything. He just kept saying âwhen youâre ready to purchase you can come back here or go onlineâ and literally repeated that so many times. Weâre here on vacation and donât have something like that where weâre from, so we wanted to take advantage of the opportunity while weâre here. We were asking also about other makes and models, and he would just say âlook online when youâre readyâ. We were more than ready if we found the right one.    Read moreI went to purchase a go cart and I got charged $100 over the list price online he Attempted to make an excuse on why he charge me an extra hundred dollars and it was an invalid excuse.. since I already talk to another employee the day before and ask valid questions knowing that he would lie to me that upcoming day I wish it was another store closer. And heâs good at lying he never made eye contact or apologized because he knew he was lying thatâs the frustrating part. I also put the go kart on their way he gave me one week to pay them away so technically it was a hold. He told me I only got to go cart because someone put it back and thatâs why the price was what it was $100 more. He also told me that it doesnât come with a warranty when the female the day before told me that I get a one month warranty because I purchase there at the store.
