I have been a customer for a while and they have worked with us on payments. We have paid off several things. But, my computer and tires from a previously purchase. But, a couple of weeks again my husband went in to purchase a new set of tires the beginning of June.. We was told that a hundred dollars would be tooling off and that our first bill would be due in 30 days. But, they are already changes us for the tires. They are not doing tires with Ringo Tires anymore. They are using Discount Tires now. Well, my husband went to have them put on our car. And someone there handed him a receipt on how much they cost and rent a center paid them. They was not suppose to give the customer the receipt. But, I am glad he did. Because, now I know the truth about they are overcharging their customers. That my dears is called price grudging. They are getting richer from customers being overcharged. I have the receipt that says $575.75 dollars. They are charging us for 8 tires instead of 4 tires. But, they are charging us double for the tires. I can understand a few $100.00. Dollars but not double the price.They are charging us over a $1000.00 dollars. I may not never buy anything else from them. You trust people to do the right thing by the customer. But, apparently they don't care enough about their customers. We all work hard for our money. I think That this company needs a wake call. What they are doing is against the law. Read moreGave it one star cause I couldn't not give it any!! By far the worse place ever! I went in to pick a living room set I liked and filled out paperwork so when my husband got off we could go up there and he could sign they could deliver next day. Not hard! Well apparently it was. I picked a couch the guy told me he'd hold it for me and i told him okay and I'd see him around 430-5! We get there around 430 and walk in and a lady meets us at the door and says the couch was just sold.. are you kidding me. So I tell the lady the guy said he'd hold it and I'm pissed he sold it and she says oh he can't hold it! So by now I'm even more pissed off. Finally we decid on a couch going to give them another chance because my husband is a nicer person to than me. Then the guy trys charging us after he told me earlier that day that no payment was due til next month. So we left and I will never go back there and neither will anyone in my family. They need to work on their customer skills! All they do is lie and try to sweet talk you. Be real come on....
