I hate this place they are so rude . They have the inmates moved 4 hours from where we live and where the incident took place so you have to drive to the middle of nowhere just to get there & then the roads are horrible so It messed up my tires . I had never been to the one in Abiline to before & I accidentally left my id at home at I did t even realize it until I got there it's weird because that NEVER happens to me . I asked the lady if she could just look at the photo on my phone and she was rude to me the entire time she's a short lady with dark hair and glasses who looks like an unfit dike she did t bother to help at all she was just rude and pretty much let me know she didn't care . All I was suggesting g was if your going to look up my information anyway then there should be a way to print out a pass for me to show the other lady at the other window that I'm fine so I can go through to visit my brother , things happen that's a 4 hour force I just took to get there and she did t even bother to hear me out . I'm pretty sure they won't change anything wIth thief system but I am so pissed I've been posting and emailing everyone . Absolutely awful organization! They explain nothing to you when you retire in fact, if anything they give you false information because they’re either too lazy or too stupid to tell you properly what’s going on. They tell me I’ll be on Blue Cross Blue Shield till I turn a certain age and then I’ll have Medicare. That’s not true a year later all the sudden you have Medicare part a and Blue Cross Blue Shield then they wanna fight over who’s gonna pay your bill so it’s a hassle.
