Crumbl — Restaurant in Huntsville

The service was great. A lot of warm welcomes and I believe her name was Amber, explained how to order and gave details regarding each cookie which was great. It was very clean and the cookies were brought up quickly to the counter despite the huge amount of people due to the grand opening. I order the Oreo Mallow and Chocolate Cover Banana cookie. They were huge! However the taste was very disappointing. They were doughy and very mediocre. I have to say the banana cookie was a tad better but just wasn’t a fan. I’m not sure if they were trying to keep up with the demand of people and it didn’t cook right. I spent $10 so it was a bit of a let down. I did share them with a few coworkers at work and a few had the same sentiment but others said it was fantastic. I think I’ll let the excitement settle down and give the cookies another go down the road. I do think it’s neat that their menu changes weekly so I imagine I’ll find a good...

I went the first day they opened! :p the cookies were so good and I think it was either the store manager or owner- but he was so friendly! I wish I would’ve caught his name but he engaged with customers and assured us the staff was at work getting our orders through! What a cute cookie company, I’m glad Huntsvegas...
