My experience with them was fine until the last month of my contract on the refrigerator I had rented from them. I had taken my daughter to the eye doctor Friday Nov 15th and I see a charge of $205 come through, my payments have been $85.56 so i knew something was wrong and I call them. After being transfered to 3 different people who couldn't answer why the charge was so much I finally got in touch with a really foul woman who wanted to argue with me, talk over me and insisted that my payment was $129. To be fair, I did get salty af with her when she demanded i bring in my bank statement in to prove what I was saying my payments have been for the past 2 years. I had responded to a letter from them a week or so ago stating if I entered into a new contract before my last payment it would be $0 down for the new item and I had spoken with Eric about a new dishwasher. They didnt have one and he said he would have to order one. The charge on Friday was my last payment plus the first payment on the dishwasher that I hadnt even taken delivery of yet nor have I signed any agreement on. So much for the $0 down deal. I did get a call back from someone later in the day who helped me figure all this out and said she was going to try to get my money returned but I never heard back from her. The kicker to all this is that the eye doctor where we were at found some swelling on my daughters optic nerve that concerned him and suggested we get her to a hospital for an MRI immediately so we took her to Cooks children's hospital and several hours later, my 7 year old daughter was having emergency brain surgery. That charge from aarons took our bank account so low we couldn't afford to eat all weekend during the most terrifying experience of our lives and instead had to rely on friends and family to PayPal us money and bring us food all weekend. Needless to say, I won't be renting anything else from aarons EVER! And I still haven't got my money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreABSOLUTELY THE WORST AARONS IVE EVER BEEN TO. I got two laptops from them at the same time. One for me and one for my friend. Both were brand new at the time. However they each have different prices... I've been paying all my payments on time but the other day after getting home from work I went to hop on and noticed the screen was broken underneath. No one but me used the laptop and I have no little kids or animals to mess with it. As far as I'm concerned it's a manufacturing issue. The screen is NOT broke on the outside it's just under the screen. I bring it in and spoke with 2 employees asking to swap it out for another and fix the one I have. They tell me they cant do ANYTHING for me. They refuse to take it back and they say that it's my job to pay for the issue. Sorry but I am NOT paying for a broken laptop. If I did the damage I would understand but I didnt do anything to it. I was told to come back in when the manager was back in but I've called each day since and hes left early or hasn't been there. I know when I originally got the laptop that the manager was very friendly and I specifically asked if anything happened would it be covered and I was told yes! So long as I'm paying they will replace it if theres an issue and even told me I could swap it out if I wanted. I'm going to give him a chance to fix the problem otherwise I'm done with Aaron's and I'm not paying them a penny more. Mind you I'm paid in...

The week arrives and then I was told I would have to wait an additional week due to them not completing the lease agreement while I was in store. The day of my delivery Iām then told that I canāt have it delivered due to no drivers available. So that caused me to have to wait an additional week.. me and my kids have been eating out since due to the delay. The day of my delivery the frig canāt fit through the door and then they didnāt bring the plug to the stove so thatās another day without. I was told I could swap out the frig without any hassle and the way would bring the cord to the stove the next day. Next day comes and now Iām being told I have to now come in the store.. I WOULD NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO AARONS. So unprofessional and inconsistent better off with going through rent a center honestly.. worst experience ever !! Never had to go through...
