Your associate Gaby was very rude! I had asked her for a shoe in my size and she rolled her eyes and went to the back and I waited for almost 20 min for her to come back. She never came back so I asked another associate who was there and she had the shoe I asked for in her hand and said Gaby had just gave her the shoe and said for her to hold it. Then I heard them calling her on the ear piece and she had clocked out. The other associate was kind enough to get me my shoe size and then Gaby came out and started shoe shopping for herself and rolled her eyes at me again. If I could give more stars I would!! I spent all day calling and going to other sport stores trying to find a football helmet for my son. Don’t know much about sports so I guessed the size he needed. If I wouldn’t have came here I would’ve ended up with something that wouldn’t have been the perfect fit for him. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly female sales rep and she pointed us to the right direct, where we met Jason. He stopped what he was going to assist us. We tried different brands and sizes until we found what size and brand fit perfectly. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! The best customer service I’ve had almost anywhere. Will for sure come here for all our sporting needs....

I bought my most beloved pink bike from here. Their top tier customer service was the best! I came in one day asking if I can see this bike’s actual color in person, with no hesitation they let me see it and open the box to see it. I love this bike’s shade of pink!! What’s even more impressive was how John had it assembled and inspected in less than 24 hrs (with ni extra cost), and accommodated my requests (I’m a short lady) and he had it perfect fit for me! He went above and beyond and even help load it in my truck.
