First time I went to the store Carla helped me and got me into a great faja and was very attentive,

I went Sunday and another girl was working (light skin, brown hair) and she was rude and was not helpful at all she would hand me a size and just walk away and wouldn’t answer any of my questions I felt like I was bugging her for needing help, was not a good experience at all so I left, store wasn’t busy either so I didn’t understand the reason for her attitude and not wanting...

If I can give a zero star to the blonde girl that wears glasses I would!! I had the worst experience ! She looked at me like I was not welcomed for my size . Right when I walked in she gave me an ugly look and she was rushing me out the store when the only thing I was trying to do is find a shaper for my engagement photos. Honestly I felt like she didn’t want to be there . If you don’t like your job as a sales person why not just move to something else?!?...

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Sam at Grand Prairie Outlets is very knowledgeable, super friendly and she helped me find exactly what I needed post tummy tuck - from sizing to trying on. The store is organized and has many compression garment options. I found my favorite second stage faja. By far, best experience in buying fajas! I’m already planning on coming back in a few months once swelling goes down...
