Absolute best gym in Imperial Beach. Alan and his wife are phenomenal owners who actually care about every member, and take the time to get to know them. The vibe here is old-school Gold’s Gym; lots of free weights and lots of hard work going on. No social BS, this is not a bunch of spandex-clad wimps staring at each other - These are people focused on results, and at all stages. No need to feel self-conscious at all here. Great bodybuilder “meat head” gym. No shortage of equipment & accessories - from specialized handles/grips to various pads & bands.

Only downside if I had to dig for one is it’s a little snug inside, but I’d rather have the wide variety of equipment over empty spaces.

We love this place. Very results and progress based atmosphere, everyone wants you to do better and it's overall a positive vibe. My wife trains with Emily, a personal trainer who operates out of this gym, and she has thoroughly enjoyed it so far. The family who owns it are very friendly too.
