Update: it’s becoming more and more rare to find great customer service. What stands out for me as a regular client of Tommy’s tobacco is that he remembers cigars I love and has gone out of his way to try finding products that I’ll like. This eagerness for customer Mets is a step above. It really means someth Ng. You shop shop this store to support the rare breed of customer caring business owners, especially if you live in IB. I get my cigars only be at a better rate but must buy in bulk and I’m finding it much more fun to try new cigars from Tommy’s rather than online because it feels good to support our town commerce.
