Starbucks — Restaurant in Indianapolis

This location is terrible. The customer service sucks. I work close to this location, so myself and my co-workers visit this store frequently. That being said, you would think we would get better treatment when we do. Upon walking on the door, you are ignored by all the staff. They act like you are bothering them by making them work. They are always engaged in their own personal conversations. I know more their personal lives then I would really like to know, and they can't even remember my name or my drink even though I order the same thing every day and my name is stitched into my uniform. I have free refills and when I ask for one, they act like the world is going to end and they make me wait a long time for them to fill it. Once, my iced tea was refilled with iced coffee. The last straw was when they started charging different prices for the same item. Even though it's conveniently located for me, if things don't change, I might just have to find another coffee house...

So I go to this star bucks each and everyday, it’s my morning motivation, my wake up and get things going, today I was not happy at all and I mean I spend 5.75$ each day for a venti Carmel hot macchiato and today I left my wallet at home and had my purse but no wallet but my thing is I spend money with Star bucks each and everyday and no I was not looking for a handout or anything free but it would have been nice if at least I could have brought the money back since I am a regular customer and the fact that I am a honest person and hey great costumer service goes a long way I was very emotional since loosing my sister Friday and have not been sleeping well still had to take my daughter to school for drop off so if you have signs saying smile and mental health statements then try practicing what you preach but anyway tang is over with but knowing how much I spend there a month the little cup today would have not made a big...

As a former employee at this store, I’m saddened by how much it’s gone downhill. I think these employees and service are all great. However, I worked at this location for 3 years and the atmosphere at this store is totally different. There’s homeless people sitting out front with carts from the Walmart and more inside, asking me for money when I walk up. I’ve resorted to going through the drive thru. I never thought of posting a review until my most recent experience. There were homeless people at the end of the drive thru asking for money. It’s sad. There is a homeless issue around here and has been for years but we never allowed them to hang on the patio or inside where our paying customers were for this very reason. We had pride in our store.
