I cannot say enough wonderful things about Francis + Fern. I stopped in during a girls weekend in Indy from St. Louis and bought the cutest charm bracelet. A few weeks later, my little sister unexpectedly passed away, and our family wanted to bury her with a bracelet representing all the nieces and nephews she loved so much. I reached out to the boutique to see if they could help, and they absolutely went above and beyond.

They sent me photos of every charm and bracelet option they had—over text!—so I could pick out the perfect ones. They were kind, responsive, and incredibly empathetic throughout the process. They made sure the bracelet was made and shipped in time for the funeral, and their warmth and customer service truly meant the world to me during such a heartbreaking time.

I couldn't buy anything because my suitcase was already stuffed to the seams, but I have Francis & Fern saved to order some treats by mail. Lots of fun, creative merchandise, such as Dolly Parton sweaters, home decor, cute earrings, Taylor Swift candles, and so much more.
