I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Aloft Hotel in downtown Indianapolis when I was visiting for a Fever game,, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked through the vibrant entrance, I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff, Aimee, whose warm welcome set the mood for my entire stay. She was not only efficient but genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring I had the best experience possible.

The hotel's ambiance is a delightful mix of contemporary art and historic charm, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. My room was comfortable,, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could hope for, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to assist with everything from dining recommendations to arranging transportation. Their knowledge of the area and attention to detail made all the difference. Aimee is full of knowledge about this building as well as local recommendations.

The location is ideal, nestled in the heart of downtown, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. I loved exploring the area and discovering hidden gems just a short stroll away.

After a disappointing experience with a private rental left us scrambling for last-minute accommodations, we were so grateful to find this hotel. From the moment we called, Amy at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and we were able to secure a booking with ease.

Our family, including our puppy, had an amazing stay! Upon arrival, Amy, Ryan, and the rest of the team greeted us with genuine warmth and excitement. Their hospitality went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. The rooms were spotless, the service was top-notch, and the location was just right.

One of the highlights for our kids was the adventure bag, which included a blow-up mattress with games inside—such a fun and thoughtful touch! Our pup felt right at home, too, with his own dog bowl and bed. We never once felt like having a dog was an inconvenience; in fact, the staff and guests made him feel just as welcome as we did.

The hotel itself is full of character, with unique features like games in the lobby and even in an old bank vault—such a cool touch! The history and charm of the building added to our experience, making our stay truly special.

This hotel is fairly new. Only like, Year 1/2 or so since they opened.|It’s conveniently located near the circle.|The staff makes this place!! They are genuinely caring individuals.|Every single person is amazing. Crystal helped us check out and she’s very sweet. They have a decent gym with a few treadmills, 2 ellipticals and free weights. The gym is set to a good temperature. Most hotel gyms are too warm and you get sluggish. Cool and you get warm when you’re warming up. The breakfast choice is decent, you had quite a few selections to choose. Coffee is complimentary. They have an old bank vault you can sit in and sip your coffee.
