This is the second time I’ve visited this specific location within a month and both experiences were the same. The associates did not greet customers as they entered the store, they did not ask me or any other customer if we’d like a fitting room (I had 5 items in my hand), and it almost felt like a bother when I had to return two items that I purchased online since they were too big.
I grew up working in retail (Justice, Victoria’s Secret, and Louis Vuitton) and loved the aspect of building relationships/understanding what type of product makes others happy. Teenagers/young adults who are entering the workforce have little to no customer service skills. It’s truly sad because brick and mortar locations will eventually lose business if things don’t start changing.
