This place is a scam. A friend and I bought tickets for an event on 6/22/25, and were excited to try this spot out because we hadn’t been before. Showed up for the event and the doors were locked. No signs posted anywhere. The marquee listed the event, but otherwise, no indication that the place was even open. We checked our emails (as that’s where our tickets had been delivered) - nothing. We looked on their website for a phone number or email to contact - nothing. Eventually we pulled up the original Instagram ad they’d been promoting the event with, that (luckily) one of us had saved. That specific link took us to a page on their website, that wasn’t otherwise accessible, as they’d taken any mention of the event off their website, that said the event was “postponed” with no reschedule date. They never contacted people who bought tickets about this change, so we drove all the way over there for nothing. They haven’t sent out anything since either. We checked their website a couple days later and the same event is now posted but for 2 months from now. Never received anything from the venue or the promoters telling us that our tickets could be used for the new date, so we were scammed out of the money we spent on tickets. Purchased tickets here for an event that was canceled weeks prior, Turntable made zero effort to communicate or update their page which led to fans showing up to a concert that was not scheduled. I have documentation from other venues of refunds for the same concert before I purchased my ticket, which I purchased because they were the only ones still selling - thinking it is an exclusive show. Cancelation notification weeks prior was confirmed with the artist personally.

This is fraud. I will begin a refund via my bank and will be sharing documentation of this practice with state offices. Interest free loans are not what ticket purchasers agreed too.
