We have been ordering from hotbox pizza and have never had an issue until our most recent order. We received a half eaten pizza and called to find out what happened. The person I spoke to said they would send us a new order. The order was never delivered. I called the following day. I spoke to someone named Kevin who was very rude from the start of our conversation. He kept referring to me as “honey” though I asked him to please not call me that. He refused to help me with my issue. I asked to speak to his manager and he stated he was the manager. He would not give me his full name, and did not know the hours of the business he was supposedly “managing”. I’m am extremely disappointed with the customer service of this business. The first this happened my refund for second charge was back on their within an hour. This second time i had 2 charges of 40$ on my card so 80$ charge for pizza! They said the second charge should refund back to my card within a day, its now been two days and my money is still not back on my card. Im not the one to leave bad reviews but this just really upsetting. Deffintly when you call and express your frustration and noone seems to care at all.
