Broadripple Pantry — Local services in Indianapolis

I went in to this shop on 7/13/21 and was looking for a battery that screws into a cartridge. I was clear about this when I walked in and talked to the employee who was working. He recommended a battery for me and I specifically asked him if it is for a cart and he assured me he has used it before and it is high quality.... I bring it home and it is only for concentrate not for carts. I went back with my receipt to return it an hour later and only then did he notify me they don't do returns. I never used it and barely even opened it. He refused to return my money and only offered an exchange. I've been to other smoke shops in the area and would MUCH prefer headlines or 20 past 4. The employees are much more versed on the products and much more friendly and knowledgeable on what they're selling, not just trying to finesse for an extra buck! Go...

Very bad experience here. Homeless guy harassed friend and I and nothing was done by the employee. Employee then took very long to check us out, continuously on his phone and making calls. This place is an eye sore. Brings down the property value with all the homeless, and heroin users around it. It needs to be demolished and rezoned. Homeless poop by the dumpster in the back, also watch out...
