I ordered flowers for my mother a day before her birthday. I requested to have them delivered before 12 noon. My parents are elderly, and live in a gated community. I gave the address, and security gate code when ordering, and paying telephonically. I called just before noon to confirm delivery, at which time I was told that they attempted to deliver but no one answered the door. Hard to believe because my parents were up, and home. They assured a second delivery will be done later on the same day. Hours went by and I called a second time. They said they made 3 attempts and the security gate wouldn’t open. I called two additional times, and both times I was told they were loading, and were leaving. I instructed my elderly father to meet the driver at the security gate to, receive the flowers. 45 minuets gone by. I called a additional time, and they said the driver was leaving Cathedal City they would arrive in 30 minutes. Really!!!! 40 minutes pass and the driver calls me saying the gate will not open. I repeated the code to her. She then apologized saying they gave her the wrong code. Flowers finally were delivered, and my mother sent me a photo of her he arrangement, with damaged leaves as they were eaten by a insects. I do not recommend this...

I have ordered my mother flowers every year for Mother’s Day. the previous florist I have used I have not been happy with I’ve paid for roses and ended up with daisies just all kinds different issues I tried Nana’s flower shop. I was surprised and pleased with her prices and her free delivery. For some reason one of her drivers left the flowers outside my mothers door and claimed that he had talked to my mother and that she said to leave them there. That was not true anyway my mom tried to rectify this by herself without involving me and finally when she could not get anywhere with speaking with people at the shop she called me I called and fortunately I did get a hold of the owner she was super gracious not only did she take another bouquet over to my mother that evening but she said she had no knowledge of any of this. I just really appreciate her making The fact that she went out of her way to make that right means a lot and I respect the urgency she placed on it. thank you. Read moreI placed an order for a Christmas table arrangement through teleflora and Nana's is the shop they used. Stay as far away from this florist as you can!! First, they delivered an arrangement a week early which was two full weeks before Christmas. It did not look like the picture and the foam block was visible in many places throughout the arrangement. I called teleflora to explain that in the desert such an arrangement would never last two weeks. They called this florist who said they would send a new arrangement on the correct day a week later. When it never arrived I called teleflora again and the shop lied and said they did redeliver it. With everyone having doorbell cameras these days, I'm not sure how they thought they could get away with that, and besides I was home the entire day waiting for the delivery. I once again called teleflora and this time Nana's refused to pick up their phone or call teleflora back. I did eventually get a full refund from teleflora, but the entire experience was stressful and I still was left without an arrangement just 3 days before the holiday.
