I made an online purchase for a necklace as a memoir for my dog that recently passed and I am beyond happy with my purchase. I got a gold oval necklace with my dog's face engraved with her name- Tofu.

Let me say, it is beautiful and amazing quality. I love that the pendant is heavy and good-sized. It is literally perfect. This was a much more cost effective jewelry piece for a pet memoir, too.

When I got the necklace I was almost in tears because they captured Tofu's image perfectly......

Believe the other bad reviews here. This retailer drop ships from somewhere cheap so orders take forever to fulfill, they can’t tell you where the order is, and they don’t have a good idea of what’s even in stock. Quality is very mediocre. Customer service is also lacking, especially because there’s no phone number for customer service and the email goes to some automated system. Won’t be purchasing anything from here...
