This location has absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Not to mention their lack of organization skills when it comes to their online orders for In-Store pick-up.
I placed an order of four greeting cards online to be picked up In-Store that day (confirmation email came in at 6:55pm) and received another email after the store had closed (8:05pm) saying my order was being processed to my previous email address they had on file for me. This was now the second one. Moments later I received another email (8:05pm) saying my order had been cancelled due to the items being unavailable. I doubt that's the reason seeing it site wont allow low or out of stock items to be purchased online. The email showed all four items were cancelled.
Of course I login to my account expecting to see a cancelled order but I don't. Instead I see my four greeting cards order status as 'processing' and the pick-up date as the next day.
The next day at 1:34pm I received a voicemail saying m order was ready for pick up. Then a email at 1:38pm letting me know my order had been cancelled due to the items being unavailable. In this email it only lists two of the four cards being cancelled. Not long after I received yet another email at 1:48pm letting me know that my order was ready for pick-up.
Obviously there's an employee or two working there that is either under or over qualified for the task of filling greeting card orders.
I decided to take a stroll to Hallmark seeing the cards I purchased were not showing as out of stock online and see if they were really out of stock or if an employee just didnt feel like working a few hours before the store closed. Super shocking all four cards were there and available for purchase. So instead of making a seen I go home to cool off nd figured I'd call them once I wasn't in such a arguing mood.
I called several times on Sunday and dozens of times today (Monday) and their phone just rings and rings and rings before I get the displeasure of hearing what sounds like a fax machine. Super!
If possible I'd stay far away from this location. They don't seem to like work just like they don't seem to like constructive criticism left on their websites product review page. Ive written several for the same product they keep emailing me about asking that I do a review and not one of them have even been posted.
With the exception of my order confirmation email I received right after placing my order the other five emails were sent to my previous email address that Hallmark had for me. Upon checking my account online the old email isn't listed anywhere so I'm not sure why my order confirmation was sent to the correct email address but the following five bad news/no news/oh well emails were sent to an old email address that's not even listed on my account.

I was met immediately by Chris and she let me know if I needed help to let her know, and I asked to take photographs for them she kindly said yes. Mask are required, and no temperature checks. They have a huge parking lot with ♿ handicapped parking at the front. The have protective barriers at the registers. This business was a Charm they have Gifts for every occasion. Hallmark cards around the whole store, jewelry, Mickey and Minnie Mouse products, Precious Moments pieces, women's purses, and Inspirational Quotes for your walls. They also have an abundance of tree decorations from frozen, and wreaths, and tons of Sparkling trinkets to adorne your tree this year. Come out, and support your local businesses during these holiday seasons. I also met another employee named James who was helpful in asking if I needed help. Customer Service was great again get someone a card to show your Love, Care, Sympathy, or celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or needs comfort. This Hallmark was clean inside and out so get your shopping on here.
