RUN to Jamba Juice, or tropic cafe! This place left the worse taste in my life. unfortunately was not able to make the smoothie taste anything edible. I have never encountered such horrible customer service in my life! When I couldn’t be there in the allotted time for the mobile order, I called and talk to the lady that I would need to cancel my order or need to remake a new one when I get there because Ill be there due to accident which looked like at least a hour out. She reassure me that it was put in the cooler and they were good. When I did pull up to the parking lot, I called the store front and asked them to kindly bring out the drinks because it was difficult to get my crying baby out. They said ok and literally 5 minutes later I asked them to please bring a water out with the drinks so they could get the hint that I am still waiting. At least 20minutes I called them the 3rd time if they could at least meet me at the door because my baby is soiled, hungry and angry by this time. The very young employee handed me a brown strawberry smoothie and warm green smoothie. My baby threw up at the taste of this and he drinks this all the time I not only wasted 40 minutes but my child is sick from what was clearly spoiled. I gave them back their smoothie and I told them I could not wait for them to get their act together. This experience is suppose to be efficient. They couldn’t even let me talk to the managerbut proceeded to let me overhear their lies “that I didn’t know she was outside” and the manager (whose voice was the lady I spoke to before) told them to tell me to come Monday so I can get free smoothies. I already paid for these drinks and all I wanted was a refund.i live over hour away. Smoothie king lost a loyal regular customer for over decade.I called corporate multiple times on their website and phone and left messages butvno response. Read moreWhat a warm welcome to Texas with the HORRIBLE customer service I received at this location. The young man did not speak or acknowledge me when I entered and was the most nonchalant employee I've ever seen. Zero personality. I didn't get his name but he is a light skinned black man with braids. I had a bogo coupon I was trying to use, which I told him and he only gave me one smoothie. When I asked where the other one was he said the coupon didn't go through and he didn't make any effort to correct the situation or make it right even though it was his mistake in the first place. He had extra smoothie leftover that he conveniently placed in a cup for himself. He was completely fine with me, leaving cheated and disappointed. I guess customer service is no longer a thing. Only good thing about this experience was at least my smoothie...
Read moreWe walked in 20 mins before closing and were turned away by the staff at this location saying they weren't taking any more customers. It is company policy to take customers until they close so I am very disappointed in the service at this location. My husband and I were needing a smoothie and a juice and it would have taken less than 15 minutes to serve us. We will not be going back to this location due to the lack of effort and customer service shown.
Side note: we walked into a different location on a previous date, 5 mins before close and were greeted with kindness and great customer service. That representative recieved an accommodating tip for simply doing their job. Had the woman that turned us away acted the same way, she would have recieved the same.
